How We Get Toys to Your Door
Domestic Shipping (US)
We ship to all 50 US states including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Check Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products should be in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Request a Return
Contact us at sales@dimpletoys.com or call 877-404-6224 with your order number. You can also initiate a return through your Dimple account dashboard.
Ship It Back
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label . Simply pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location. It's that easy! π¬
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3β5 business days to your original payment method. You'll get an email confirmation when it's done! π
Exchanges
Want a different item? Simply return the original product and place a new order. We also offer direct exchanges for the same product in a different variant (subject to availability).
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund β no return needed!
Order Cancellation
Need to cancel? You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After that, our team starts packing your goodies and cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3β5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow an additional 5β10 days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
