30-Day Joy Window

You have a full 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if your new toy is the perfect playmate. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in "gift-ready" condition.

The Refund Journey

Returning joy is as easy as 1-2-3!

Email us at support@dimple.com. Briefly share why you're returning the joy.

2. Ship Back Joy

Once approved, package your item carefully. Ship it back to our Brooklyn workshop in its original happy box.

We'll inspect the toy and issue your refund within 5-10 business days. Smiles guaranteed!

Was Your Toy Sad?

If your Dimpleβ„’ toy arrived damaged or didn't work the way it should, please let us know immediately.

We'll send out a replacement or issue a full refund β€” sometimes without you even needing to ship the item back! We just want to see that smile returned ASAP.

Missing a Refund?

If it's been more than 10 business days since we approved your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company.
